Even though the shoes I ordered did not work out for me, I found the entire experience from purchase to return excellent. The one criticism I would make is that there is no exchange system in place. I think this would be beneficial to both Bell's and its customers. It would be much easier to exchange a size rather than return everything and repurchase.
However, all that being said, I will continue to be Bell's Shoes customer.
