There was a mix up with the box not correctly representing the contents. I rang and spoke straight away to a very efficient lady, Amy who apologised profusely and then proceeded to go to the factory to check all the stock. I then received the correct item with a discount for the inconvenience. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and cannot praise them and Amy highly enough! Thank you.
