I love Saltwater sandals and was excited to find this style online and available to ship to the US; however, the shoes I received were a full size larger than what I ordered. When I reached out to Customer Service, they told me that the size was right, despite the clear labeling difference on the box and shoes themselves -- and they were sorry they didn't fit right. Since the shoes are so cute and they style is forgiving, I'm keeping them instead of paying to return them or ordering another pair in some random size that "supposedly" will be right. Be careful if you order Saltwaters here -- read the confusing size disclaimer first.
