Hi
I ordered the shoes and they came promptly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the picking and I was sent the wrong size.
I contacted customer services and spoke to Bonnie. She was brilliant, she had the correct size delivered the next day, in time for me to attend a function the shoes were required for.
The other pair was picked up on Monday , by Thursday I was refunded. Excellent
Will certainly use Redfoot again
To top it all the shoes are great and good value to boot( pun intended)
