Visibly faulty shoes were shipped to me with the box pretty smashed up. I thought the company should’ve at least inspected the merchandise before packing and shipping. I called the customer services to ask if I can exchange the shoes. Unhelpful, unconcerned and frankly can’t be bothered to do anything other than the bare minimum. She didn’t believe me and insisted I sent photos of the flaw which I did. She also told me to go on their website and buy another identical pair of shoes. I’d have to ship back the shoes (that’s not a problem) and they’ll then inspect and if they deem it faulty, the refund will take another 7-10 working days to process. I decided to take my custom elsewhere.
