Ordered the birkenstocks to be delivered to my address and they arrived on time. I wore them once and one of the studs came off that holds the strap on, so I took them into store and I was told I would be issued a refund with no problems. The shoes were so comfy I ordered another pair to come into store which arrived the next day and received my refund on the same day. Can't fault the service I received. Thank you
