Prompt delivery by courier, Klarna pay later option, free returns using pre-paid label, prompt notification of return and refund made right away. Great service. The only thing I wished they had was an easier way to exchange - I wanted a bigger size but the only way to do it seemed to be to return the small pair then place a new order online for the larger pair. Love the sandals as well!
