You sold me a cpy of excel and word that I couopd not open because it was not licensed by Mictrosoft. I tried 5 times to call you for support as your website listed support numbers. The call was answered and Iwas told that I would be transferred to an expert but each time the call dropped out after a long wait.
In desperation I obtained Outlook 365 because I needed the sodtwarre to complete my Christmas mailing labels.
What you sold me was useless and I have disputed the charge with Citibank.
I consider your pratices effectively to be a scam.
