I had some problems with the installation (my fault as I didn't understand that Mac's migration assistant would disable new software when it transferred old software). Using chat, I received instructions and a link to reenable the new software quickly. This all occurred on New Year's day (Eastern Standard Time). Kudos to Dave! (I purchased the software via download, so the following questions do not apply.)
