The purchase went smoothly and received the key code immediately in order to start the installation of Microsoft Office software I purchased. I had to get someone from their chat room to help me get the old software uninstalled first, but then the rest went smoothly. At first, I tried to call their support line, but I got a foreigner who barely spoken English and the static on the line did not help matters any. The person was very curious and patient, but the accent was just too much to handle. I do not recommend trying to get service this way. Maybe I just got lucky texting back and forward (Robert was his alias name), but I got my software up and running with no other issues. The price discount was a nice plus, too (10% off), so I would recommend going with this dealer again to buy more software. However, beware of their customer support if you're not computer savvy enough to handle the installation by yourself.
