Download and installation was probably typical for these days, which means only a couple of problems. I had an EXPIRED subscription for MS 365 and needed to completely uninstall this first.
Took me some frustrating time and a call from tech support to figure this out. I DID read all the install instructions I could find but this was not apparent. A sort of cookbook "if you have this, do this--if you have that, so that" set of instructions might be helpful.
The tech support person was VERY helpful and texted as well as emailed the right fix for me. And I appreciate the several follow-up emails to ask how it turned out.
