I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 Home-Student one-time download in Feb, 2025. It has stopped working a few months later. I was stressed because I couldn't find my confirmation email with the original license key. I found my credit card receipt and sent it through their website on a Sunday afternoon and not too long afterwards they sent me a new product license key with instructions on how to update it. Worked perfectly. So relieved that they were able to help quickly.
