Was a terrible experience on a $200 order $800 in duties was owed. I couldn’t justify paying a thousand dollars for a cigar. I refused the shipment and it’s been almost a month without a refund. Keep in mind if and when they refund your order you will be out of pocket the shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Not worth the risk
