This is a dodgy company. It became a nightmare when I tried to return one dress for my daughter. They looked for all kind of excuses to deter me from returning, and when I made it very clearly that I wanted to return it for a refund, they started to threat me with various scares and lies, such as wanting to deduct the shipment costs that I had already paid from the refund; saying that the return shipment will take months (thus the refund) whilst I was told by the Royal Mail clerk that it’d take 3-5 days. Finally after all these obstacles, I was given a return address in China, for which I had to pay for the expensive return shipment costs of course! I eventually returned it but still don’t know if/when I can get any refund back. Terrible experience, just avoid them for the sake of sanity!
