1- When you advertise a product, make sure it’s in stock if not tell the customer.
2- if there will be a delay, pass the information on to the customer, if it’s going to be over several weeks contact the customer and see if you’d like a substitution.
“3”- communicate is the key, make sure you keep your customers informed of their shipments, product availability, and the extra charges that will be placed on them if they are outside of Canada.
