I tried to get Grabagun to price match on a pistol that I spotted on another site. I had done business with Grabagun before and it had gone pretty good. They would not do that so I bought the pistol from the other co. I then ordered a 21 rd mag for the gun from Grabagun for an extra mag. When I picked up the gun I found out I got two free mag rebate with it. I immediately made contact with Edward at Grabagun to ask if it would be possible to cancel the order and he said it was processing and had not been shipped and he would send in a cancellation on the mag .. This was Sunday during the memorial day weekend. They were closed on Monday memorial day and so they shipped the mag on Tuesday morning. They did not cancel it. I figured out they charge a 15.00 restock fee on a return. The mag was 42.78 total. The owner after reading a google review I submitted this morning, said his team had already offered me a full refund in his response-rebuttal to my google review. That was not true. If they had I would have taken it. They then said they would send me the return label and all the info and the refund confirmation today.I never saw anything . Part of the refund deal info said they would give me a full refund in 5 to 7 business days, after they get the mag back.That would be maybe equate two weeks to get it. After all of this and reading all the reviews that offer alot of the same circumstances I had, I am just going to keep my mag. I am 70 years old and Retired and am looking for some good customer friendly fire arm and accessory companys to do business with.
