Bought a suppressor from here before covid. During covid, they refused to allow me to go into the store to fill out the forms. I asked if they could let me fill the forms out at home and drop them off, and they refused that too. Today, 5 months later, I came to the store to fill the forms out. 3 employees refused to help me. They said the guy who usually does it was "not here". One of the front desk employees was hostile and rude. I asked for a refund, and they even refused to give me documentation of the refund. They said it would get emailed to me in 20 minutes. Hours later and I still haven't received an email about the refund. I have spent a lot of money here in the past and received good service. I will not go back until the hostile employee apologizes or is terminated.
Update: GaG emailed me and said they were going to mail me a refund. They also said that they don't condone racism or bigoted behavior by their employees. I looked through some of the other negative reviews on here and saw that GaG was personally attacking reviewers, and even doxing one individual. Now I know why the employees act hostile in the store. It comes from the top. Buyer beware.
