Products quite good but good luck with any problems. Customer service woefully lacking. Stock answers given to questions and then request photos and statements for a problem that was as simple as making the wrong size blind.. photos sent of short blind but wanted more just to string it out.well it worked I gave up and will take my custom elsewhere
