I ordered a Graham & Brown wallpaper through Allen & Braithwaite. On receipt it looked superb exactly what I wanted. Once we had hung the paper it had a slight lighter stripe on one edge of the paper and as a result it looks bloody awful. I sent photos of the wall and the remainder paper laid out on my floor to show the stripes. The retailer contacted Graham & Brown for advice and apparently they need the batch numbers to investigate. Sadly I only checked them when I received them as advised on the packet to ensure you have the same batch, but I didn't retain the batch numbers. So regardless of the proof of purchase they are not interested. I find this attitude disgusting. My photos are the facts. Batch numbers only help them research where they messed up. I recommend avoiding this brand as the results could be mixed and if you're unlucky to get a poor quality product they'll show no interest in honouring their product.
