I recently purchased wallpaper from Graham & Brown. When it arrived I'd ordered too much. I call Graham & Brown & spoke to reception who immediate put me through to customer service. No automated messages no holding in line. My over order was refunded quickly and effectively. 5 star service I will defiantly use them again.
