Ordering online was simple, however, the process of getting the wallpaper was confusing: a few days after placing the order I got an email from UPS indicating the product will be arriving in a couple of days so I was surprised at how quickly it would be delivered . On the expected delivery date I had another email indicating the product was delivered... though not to my house but in Pennslavania! Confused, I called G & B where I learned that delivery was a two step process: The item is shipped from Jersey to a holding center in PA then is given to purolator for shipment to my home in Canada. I spoke to customer service twice and no one mentioned this process which does not make sense as i live closer to Jersey than PA! Simple communication to the customer would've resulted in a score of 5 points! This score is only for customer service and ease of ordering as I dont yet have the product so that will be another post!
