There was a little mix up upon delivery which was very quickly resolved with the very helpful delivery driver. The trees I bought are beautiful and they are now planted in my garden and looking magnificent. With the bigger trees the planting process (sheer size and weight) and the need to prepare the ground properly cannot be understated. I had the help of a very capable and knowledgeable neighbour who supplied machinery, brawn and brains to the process. Grassland's trees are simply beautiful. Highly recommended.
