I ordered a 1 ton bag of plum slate. Whilst I am happy with the product and it arrived within 3 days I am unhappy with the way the delivery was made.
The 1 ton bag was literally dumped on a palate on the middle of my driveway, blocking all access. I had given delivery instructions and contact details within my order but these wee ignored.
I emailed Grasslands and received a reply but was left a little disappointed by the lack of apology in their email.
