Appalling customer service and attitude.
Paid for an item that fell off their wagon on route yet no attempt to reimburse or assist. Their attitude was horrendous.
Both their admin and service was appalling. I paid for next day delivery but 2 days later it hadn't arrived after a phone call it eventually turned up but then I can to argue to be refunded my next day delivery charge.
