Ordering on-line was simple. When I had a query my phone call was answered quickly and question was answered efficiently and in a helpful and friendly way. Cost was resonable and product was exectly as described on website. Only downside was that my delivery instructions were misinterpreted and 3 tonnes of gravel was left on the kerbside on a junction of two fairly narrow suburban streets. It happened that the delivery came during the 30 minutes that the house was unoccupied - we could have avoided the problem otherwise. It would help if delivery drivers could phone with on the day with expected ETA.
