Once I placed the order I received an email confirmation advising that I would receive a further email with tracking details for when the pebbles would arrive. I hadn't received the email 3 days later so was going to get in touch with Grasslands but before I did, the delivery arrived. My husband and I were at home but the delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the bell....instead they just put the half ton gravel bag on our lawn! We were very unimpressed as we were concerned it would leave a patch so we quickly purchased some weed fabric from a local store and had to shift the gravel and lay it down to avoid damaging our lawn. The delivery was prompt and the product was as expected but we should have been advised of the delivery and have had the opportunity to request where the gravel is left.
