Having placed my order I waited to hear when I might receive the goods, usually you are given a time even an eta as with turf you want to get it down as soon as it arrives. I called to check as I'd not heard and was told 1.30pm I was to be first drop after lunch. Having waited all day I called again only to find that it was running late. Finally arrived after 4.30pm! When I received delivery it was falling off the pallet, the driver had to unload part onto another as it was unsafe. This also affected many of the rolls which were damaged. Not impressed.
