The quality of the soil cannot be faulted. The delivery was made a day early despite my request on booking however thankfully our builders were on site to assist. The delivery driver was not provided with adequate MHE to move the 2 x 1.5 tonne bags and she was going to return to her depot to return the load. The load was also loaded poorly onto the delivery lorry preventing easy removal with the small palletiser available. Our builders assisted the driver with both off loading and locating the load on our drive however without them I do not think the delivery would have been completed. I was disappointed that the forklift promised during the placing of my order was not available. I am grateful that my builders were on hand to assist the delivery driver with her task and find it poor that she was on her own and not provided with the capability to unload her vehicle without help from others.
