The top soil i ordered turned up a day later than requested (what was the point of asking for a day?).
The courier was ill equipped for handling a 1.5m maxi bag as he only had a pallet trolley instead of a hiab crane.
He could hardly move the load and it was left blocking the pavement.
The top soil was good quality, shame about the delivery.
