I have many items from Greenhip and love the quality and style. I was disappointed this order due to a lack of communication regarding pre-ordered overalls that didn't arrive for 3 months +. I instigated all the communication trying to confirm arrival time and then order never arrived at the time company said it would. In the end I opted for a refund as I was hoping the overalls could be used for my pregnancy. Turned out the baby arrived first. Greenhip refunded order efficiently. I would suggest better communication regarding orders in the future.
