Customer experience is horrible; Had to cancel my subscription more than once to get it actually cancelled. After cancellation, spoke to a rep who assured me my money would be refunded....it was not. A box was sent (and I was charged more than I was supposed to be) and I didn't even get to pick the meals. Food was meh, I don't think they actually know the true definition of whats considered Paleo or Keto.
