Bought Dr Martens online, I ordered the wrong size however the staff of Greenes Shoes were excellent in dealing with my return and swapped the shoes for the correct size. The staff I spoke to on the phone in the Galway shops were very good at their job and provided an excellent service when I returned the shoes to the Galway shop.
I highly recommend Greenes Shoes for instore shopping and online shopping, great choice of stock available in Galway shops. Will defo use them again.
