The shoes were excellent. The delivery service left a lot to be disired: as I was not informed of the delivery arriving in the shop and if I had not rang up to find out that the phone number that they origianlly had from the Dublin offices was incorrect, when they got the correct number from Dublin, the Limerick shop rang it once and did not bother to leave a message. I had no record of the call on my phone and could not understand why they would not leave a message which is the common practice in a case like this.
