Excellent service. Returned shoes I purchased incorrect size . Was refunded immediately on return and then purchased new size. Only downside was I purchased original at sale price and had to pay increase at the price of the shoes at the time. The original refund voucher went into my spam where I didn’t see it to get the shoes at the sale price. Otherwise perfect.
