The shoes were lovely and delivery was very quick — no issues there. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size, and when I reached out for help, I was simply referred (rather bluntly) to the returns policy.
I don’t have access to any DPD drop points near me, which makes returning or exchanging the shoes nearly impossible unless I pay a large amount out of pocket. I would have loved to continue supporting Greenes, but this policy makes it unworkable.
I’m now out a fair bit of money and still don’t have shoes that fit — incredibly disappointing.
