Long-standing customer. I've had 6 pairs in the last 10 years. Bought some boots over a year ago and from month 1 they started to wear badly around the toes due to the nature of the leather treatment. Contacted the customer service team and they only agreed to review them once returned despite me sending through images of the issue. Won't be buying Grenson again.
