This is my first dealings with Grip Communications and am pleased to say that it won’t be my last. My previous supplier Sip**** instigated a massive restructure and price hike of its packages of 160%, yes 160% I had to look twice. Anyway, Grip Communications, found them by searching for voip providers with call packages. The entire process was an absolute pleasure no stress no problems no worries. I don’t do subscription purchase, so they had the answer and invoiced me for 12 month supply of a call package, for my needs the basic package was perfect all calls to UK landline and mobile. So I placed an order on Friday they sent me an invoice for payment that afternoon this was promptly paid the next thing Saturday early afternoon receive an email that the service is live now that is what I call service. Phone calls to the company are answered swiftly and if you call and don’t leave a message you receive a call-back, the level of support is truly superb from over the phone support to training sessions and screen sharing to resolve problems and configuration settings. The control web interface once explained is truly revolutionary its basically click / drag and drop the first appearance is a little confusing ( especially if you don’t read the instructions ) but as soon as you are shown how the system works and progresses it way through call routing and handling then it’s a dream. Alisdare was extremely helpful going above and beyond the expected level of assistance during the fine tuning of the call handling. To conclude if you are looking for a voip line / line’s for your home, home / office or workplace give these guys a chance to quote and assist you I did and won’t look back. An opportunity not to be missed with the closedown of the good old phone lines looming in 2025 perhaps now is the time for change and with Grip Communications as your provider that is a change for the better.
