Very efficient service and very happy with the products I bought. The coat cleanser works very well on the silky, curly, thick coat of my Cockapoo and he definitely prefers it to the previous shampoo as he doesn't pull away as much. He seems far less prone to knots and matts now. He also was more relaxed after his shower. The towel is fantastic as it really does absorb a lot of water and gives him a good non-slip base to stand on in the shower. Sent quickly and well packaged.
