First & foremost, I will never purchase an item from GroomsShop again. I had very high hopes & was extremely excited for the item I ordered only to be disappointed over & over. I ordered a pub sign for a friend’s birthday. Not only was the shipping time estimate a month off, when I contacted customer support they advised that the item must have just been lost with no other resolution. Then after going back & forth with customer service I finally received my money back. Upon going through all that, I magically get an update on the shipping & finally receive the item I ordered only to find that the custom sign I ordered was wrong in a big way. I am beyond unsatisfied with the service I was given & would definitely recommend everyone find another company to order from.
