The quality of the bottle opener was awesome. Unfortunately one of them came broken. I emailed you guys right away and got an answer the next day saying they will make and send out a new one. It’s almost been 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I’m asking my friends next week to be in my wedding party and pray I don’t have to give my friend a broken gift.
