Purchased for my groomsmen for my destination wedding. Groomsmen got ONE use out of the bag before they ripped and had holes in them. I purchased because I thought I'd be getting better quality stitching and material, especially for the price. Sent an email to customer support when I learned of the damaged bags and never got a response. Thought my groomsmen would be getting better quality bags, but instead I look like the idiot who bought poorly made and cheap bags. Hope to hear from customer service soon.
