Ordered 7 custom glasses from here and purchased the shipping insurance. 2 of them were broken. Filed a claim for them and was instantly replied to saying they were in the process of fixing it. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to give me any update at all. I've emailed them and have gotten no reply. Order elsewhere if you want what you actually paid for.
