This has been some of the worst customer service. My items were shipped on 5/11/21, and its 6/1/21 and I still do NOT have my products! When I asked GroomsShop to look into where my items were on 5/26/21, they did (which was great), but when the courier couldn't give a better answer than what the tracking information said (which hasn't been updated since 5/21/21), they didn't do anything about it. They said that they would give me a refund if I didn't have the items by 6/4/21 when our wedding is 6/5/21. They didn't offer to send new ones with a rush delivery. They said they would send my complaints up the chain because they take customer reviews seriously. I can't judge the product quality because I don't have any products to review.
