My order took a longer amount of time than was initially indicated. It took almost 2 months for me to receive and during that time I received very little communication on the progress of my order. I had received one email letting me know that my order was “in production.”
I understand that sometimes fulfilling orders takes longer than anticipated but the severe lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
