Ordered 5 groomsman gifts and 1 was completely wrong. Had the word “flask” engraved instead of the name I wanted, and it was correct on the order. They have shipped another hopefully it will be right but it will not be here for the wedding so one of my groomsmen will be out of a gift until it arrives. Did not offer to refund the messed up item.
