I made an order and after a few days I still never received any shipping dates or info, I sent an email to see what was going on. They personally called me a few days after and explained how they were short-staffed, and apologized about the delay. when the order came they put in a bunch of free sawg(t-shirt, magazine, a few products, stickers). To actually call me and apologize is UNHEARD nowadays. The nutrients were very well packaged and sealed up caps. GREAT company and on the east coast too. Very happy will shop again there.
