Took their advice and bought crimping tool recommended for 2.5mm wire rope. Tool arrived with three holes 1mm, 2mm and 3mm. Called to ask advice and no one seemed confident to advise me. These tools should be 100% quality controlled as a faulty crimp can endanger equipment and lives. I have been too busy and too disappointed to pick the phone up to arrange a return and refund
