I had a problem with my card company putting the reservation on hold because O was completing the reservation just after another large transaction. My husband is the contact on the card so they called him, he authorized it. I tried to call in to clear the reservation on the phone and Adrienne could not seem to track what city, what property and what dates I told her. So I went back and tried again online and it went thru. I would only deal online because you have too many properties, too Much background noise for calling in, and a problem when I cannot say the property name, City & state and the agent remember it to follow thru.
