Last Friday I went with my partner to the Guinea Pig restaurant in Dalkey, Dublin and was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Both our fish dishes were cooked to perfection and the chef, who's been there for 40years came from the kitchen to say hello and welcome us to the restaurant. Meal was very reasonably priced and staff were friendly and efficient.
