Problems with the website meant that I got no order confirmation after paying. Dan was very helpful the next morning, confirmed the sale and sent a tracking number manually. Surprised and pleased that the Vox AC4 arrived by lunchtime...
The sound from the amp is a real disappointment. It doesn't sound as the manual promises, so I emailed Dan. Sadly, however, there has been no response as yet.
